Surveys/Inspections

PEC offers asbestos, lead and mold inspection and surveys.  We will visit your property, conduct sampling and provide analytical results to either confirm or dispute the presence of suspect materials prior to disturbance.  PEC will perform visual, surface or destructive full compliance renovation/demolition surveys depending on the needs of the client and project. For large scale projects we'll meet with you to fully understand your situation, budget, desires, timelines, and expectations to give you an idea of what you're spending for what you're getting before you take that next step.  Our services are directed towards contractors who "need to know" so employees are not exposed, building owners who are planning renovations, insurance companies/homeowners who have experienced a property loss and need confirmation of materials.  Whatever your situation - we can help.

Clearances

Due to the nature of products being removed during renovations, property damage and demolitions - PEC offers a wide range of Clearances and/or confirmation sampling to verify materials have been removed properly prior to containment removal.  If materials have been disturbed prior to a project - PEC can help develop a cleanup plan based on sampling and industry experience to move you forward with your project. 

Once your project is designed and ready for implementation, PEC can assist with daily monitoring and compliance of on site removal projects to ensure public and property safety.  PEC will assist to reduce your liability and help establish a safe and timely project to continue the client towards the goals of remediation.
